So I'm about to start getting ready for Bunko tonight with some ladies. I'm pumped!! I've never played before but I've heard great things about it. Mostly though, I'm just excited to get out of the house and socialize with some other 20somethings and see a few friends.
Anyways, we're all bringing a little appetizer and I've whipped up..
Bruschetta
It's chilling in the fridge now but it smells divine! Fresh Basil has the sweetest smell, if you've never used it before, I suggest you do. I cannot wait to try it with some of the spreadable garlic/herb cheese I got. Overall it was a really simple and inexpensive recipe. I will warn you, the tomatoes did get messy as I was peeling/seeding/dicing them.
